Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.  If no payment is received, no items will be shipped or production started.

Currently we only accept payments via Pay Pal.
If you visit us at our booth during events you can also pay with credit cards.



Delivery & production time for backordered items & custom orders

We do not have huge stocks - usually just a few items. However, all backordered items are still available for purchase and will be made on demand. In this case we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

General production time for backordered products
Production time varies but normally takes about 4 weeks. We will do our best to keep the delivery time shorter than that!

Custom orders
If you have placed an order for custom bottoms or tops please allow 4 weeks production time. Production time starts after all potential questions have been answered and payment has been made in full.

As soon as the backordered or custom item is ready for shipping, we will ship it via the shipping option selected during checkout.

Order Cancellation

Stock items
An order of stock items may be cancelled without explanation within 14 days. In this case the item(s) must be returned. Upon arrival of the returned items the money will be refunded in full via Paypal. Please include Paypal details when returning the item(s). If you wish to be refunded via bank transfer you must add your bank details. All returned items must not have been used and have traces of use. If this is the case the order cancellation can be invalidated. The shipping costs of the returning product is to be paid by the customer.

 

Backordered items
If you have ordered a backordered item we will have informed you of the expected shipping time. If the production time of the out of stock product exceeds the promised delivery time, the buyer is granted to cancel, even if the time since the order has exceeded 14 days.

 

To cancel orders of stock items or backordered items send a message to steaks (at) steaksrda. com. Please remember to add your the number of the order, which you will find in the order confirmation email.

 

Custom orders
As custom orders are made to fit they cannot be cancelled after they have gone into production or if they have been shipped. If you have complaints about custom orders or if your custom order does not fit properly please contact steaks (at) steaksrda. com and view our refund and return policy.

 

Group orders
If your order was placed using a coupon code from our Group Order Specials (Derby Wife Order, Line-up Order, Game Roster Order) a cancellation of the order will result in the entire order being cancelled. Individual items cannot be taken off the order during checkout or after the order has been placed and payment has been processed.

 

 

Refund & Return Policy

Stock items and backordered items
All stock items are entitled to be refunded or returned in case of a complaint after the 14 day order cancellation period.

If an item is unsatisfactory please contact steaks (at) steaksrda. com with a written explanation before sending it back. This is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. The buyer must take the description of the item into account before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Items can only be refunded if they have not been used and/or have traces of use.

 

Custom orders
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds if they are made according to the information given by customer. Please make sure that the measures given are correct! Steaks however, will take responsibility of faults in production. If these occur please contact steaks (at) steaksrda. com. Items can only be refunded if they have not been used and/or have traces of use.

The shipping costs of the returning product is to be paid by the customer. Items that are sent for replacement will be sent free of charge.

Complaints

Please send any complaints about items or sellers to steaks (at) steaksrda. com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.

Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. Note that the padding of our contact wear helps prevent injuries but injuries may still occur. Please consider carefully of playing roller derby if you have any health issues. Steaks® Contact Wear Oy is not responsible of any kind of injury of the buyer.

Steaks® Contact Wear Oy may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will endeavour to notify you of any major changes by posting a message on the Site.
