General shipping policy

In-stock products
are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Backorders
If the products you have selected are currently not in stock but can be made on demand we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email. Generally production time varies but normally takes about 4 weeks. We will do our best to keep the delivery time shorter than that!

Custom orders
If you have placed an order for custom bottoms or tops please allow 4 weeks production time. Production time starts after all potential questions have been answered and payment has been made in full.

STEAKS Contact Wear Oy uses 2 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

Do you live in Finland or will be at an event that STEAKS will be attending as well? Save yourself the shipping costs! Select the pick-up option during checkout and arrange for a pick-up. If you will be picking up from an event please specify the event when ordering. Follow us on Facebook or sign up for our newsletter to find out about the events we will be at.

  • Delivery time: 6-14 work days

Cannot find your country in the shipping cost list? We do ship internationally but sadly have not shipped to every country yet (we hope to get there soon), which is why we are currently working with flat rate shipping costs to all other countries not listed here.

We ship our orders as parcels. Find out why.

We send out STEAKS orders as parcels so every item sent will have a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to you after your order. Use the tracking number to follow your STEAKS parcel’s trip, find out when it will arrive and alternative pick-up options.

Shipping FAQ

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

I won’t be at home during delivery. What happens now?

If shipped with postal service
If recipient is not present at provided address during the delivery the parcel can be picked up at the nearest postal serving point. Depending on how your national postal service works you should have information on where the nearest pick up is in your letterbox. You can also find out about nearest pick up spots using your tracking number.


If shipped with courier
You can contact the courier and arrange for a new delivery date.
